The successful Hardware Sales Representative will be a self-motivated team player who excels at cultivating executive-level, strategic relationships while developing new business within the business sector. He is responsible and accountable for growth, value, strategy, and satisfaction within a single or small number of elite clients and accomplishes those objectives through relationship management, cross-selling, innovation, thought leadership and financial management.
* Conduct sales presentations for customers and related partners
* Build and manage a sustained pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Lead negotiations with client to ensure that business/contractual relationships are developed and sustained and that all engagements-business remains profitable.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Post-secondary education (BA, BS, BCOM) strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience)
* Strong business acumen
* Minimum of 5 years selling solutions
* A broad understanding of IT Technologies and how they relate to current business challenges
* Thorough understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling
* Knowledge of the territory and experience selling to major accounts in the territory
* Excellent new business and Account management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, highly organized.
* Client-focused individual (high level of empathy and ability to understand the needs of clients).
* Ability to translate client ‘needs’ into solutions with a high level of responsiveness, follow- through and execution of commitments.
* Strong leader, technically and otherwise, with a results-oriented attitude that overcomes barriers
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to identify opportunities and associated risk |
